Yet there is nothing in the queue when I click on print. I was able to do the compatibility thing in Windows 8.

Sorry this didn’t priter. Tell us about your experience with our site. But when I go to print a document, nothing happens. I followed all of the instructions and tried to put my printer in compatibility mode, which I did with Windows XP.

The device manager tells me it’s working. This thread is locked. I have the same question Vardhaman Shetti Replied on August 12, In Word, the printer is selected and all systems seem to say go. If issue persists please try to contact vendor and check whether it is compatible with Windows Pringer to install driver in compatibility mode.
